Our beef... born, raised and processed right here on the farm.

Discover the difference of farm-fresh meats, cut just the way you want them.

Our Story
When great, great grandpa and his family arrived here in the early part of the last century, he found a land of opportunity full of rolling prairies and blue skies. In the spring, they welcomed new calves, seeded crops and a garden, and watched them grow till it could all be harvested in the fall before the snow came.

And just as winter closed in, they put a beef or two into the cold house. Just like the crops and vegetables, the beef was born, raised and dispatched with care and respect.

Today, we can share that bounty with others. Using modern technology, storage and aging practices we can provide the freshest, most sustainably produced beef you can buy. All from cattle that have never left this farm.

Family style.

Our beef - born, raised and processed on our farm, by our family, like we've always done. A tradition we still hold today. The timeless bounty of nature, with just enough new-fangled technology to deliver the best beef experience to your family, too.

Who says traditional can't be cutting edge?

Using modern technology from start to finish in the butchering process includes using an air purification system that leaves your beef looking and tasting better. We pay attention to the small details for each individual customer. You're a name, not just a number!

Finished your way.

Our beef is sustainably fed and finished on grass or barley, just like it's always been. No steroids or by products, and we think corn is for popping, not for cattle food! We won't sell what we wouldn't eat.
